"Warning!!! Upon arrival the Receptionist requested that I cancel my reservation made on Expedia.com in order to charge a higher walk in rate. I refused and demanded the online booking reservation be maintained. I witnessed this action when several guests experienced this during their check in. This is totally unacceptable in the industry. Bookings/Expedia/Hotel.com should address this with this establishment. It reflects back upon you. "
