Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Es gibt ausreichend Platz für alle Gäste und auch der Strand ist gut.
Das All-Inclusive-Essen ist in Ordnung.

Vom Personal geht eine spürbare Demotivation aus; bei Anfragen hat man sofort das Gefühl, zur Last zu fallen.
Als „My favorite Club“-Gast wurden wir die ersten zwei Tage schlichtweg ignoriert und sich selbst überlassen, statt die erwartete Hilfsbereitschaft zu erfahren.
