"Stayed here twice. Comfortable room, nice staff, good tv channels. One warning: used to give a good breakfast, but now you get a weak cup of coffee and a over sweet muffin."

Beer tops and cigarette butts were all over the sidewalk and curb in front of our room. Guy next door talking on his phone late right outside our door. I wouldn’t recommend this place."

"Booked a smoking room, i had the ash tray on the bed it spilled some ashes got on the bed i was charged 15 said they couldn't wash them had to be thrown out scam"

"Staff was nice and helpful. Actual facility was poorly maintained. Parking lot & front entrance was dirty. Hallways needed to be vacuumed. AC struggled to keep up. Fan in bathroom sounded terrible. Hangers were actual store hangers (with sizes on them!!!), like hangers that you would get when you buy a jacket! There was a video lottery/poker machine in the lobby area. Whatttttt??? This was not a “quality” hotel."

There was a small fridge, microwave, coffee pot, iron, ironing board, and safe in my room. Lots of area to put your belongings - drawers and shelves. Beds were very comfy. The staff was exceptional. "I paid in full and was ask to cancel my reservation two weeks before using the property because the property wasn’t ready. I booked 5 months before stay. It was my son’s college graduation so I couldn’t find anything else. He said he would make it work. At the minute I was able to find something else, plus he said there were rescue dogs on the property and I didn’t feel comfortable with the dogs. I cancelled and he said he would work it out to give me a refund. I ask for at least 1/2 back....

"Michael was an excellent host. Property was clean and equipped as promised. Complete with Keurig and K-cups! Very quiet community, close to the places that we needed to go. High Bridge Trail is nearby, Three Rivers Brewery in Farmville. Nice selection of local houses of worship in the area. Would definitely recommend"

"This is truly a unique apartment on the James...It's rough hewn wood framing interior and Elizabethan-style decor lend an air of the spiritual and mystical to your stay. The master bed is SOOO comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. There are fabulous views from every room.
