"We liked everything about this hotel. Especially the breakfast. But. Advertising a bar. That never opened except the Thursday night makes me knock it down. We were then told you can use the Novotel across the way. We have an agreement with them. I don’t want to use them. As a big hotel chain I think this is bad you don’t open the bar. I know you have a fridge unit with drinks in it you can buy. No. I wanted a draught beer. Which we got on the Thursday. If as a hotel chain you can afford to lose...

"The hostel is very good and the staff was very attentive. I really appreciated the luggage storage service you can choose the locker size you need and pay directly, very convenient. The location is also great, close to the city center and easy to get around. The room was comfortable and the shower was amazing very nice with plenty of hot water. A solid option for a stay in Brussels!"
