"Our stay was confortable and this hotel is in a great location. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The lobby was beautiful, but the room we stayed was dingy and outdated. But other than that, it was great."

"Wonderful stay, wonderful staff, room was so so so nice, bathroom was big and the breakfast was amazing. Most importantly, the location is top notch. Close to everything. Front desk offered some restaurants recommendations and they were all great. Their lounge is super nice too."

"Great location, very close to Grand Place and within walking distance of many attractions in central Brussels. We didn’t need a car for most places, although you would need one or public transport for Atomium and Mini-Europe.
The staff were very kind and helpful, and the air conditioning worked well. The main downside is that the hotel has no parking. Street parking is expensive and not ideal, but I found a nearby parking garage for about €31 per 24 hours.
Checkout was a little difficult...
