"The room was better than I expected and as clean as anywhere we have stayed. The staff in the bar, restaurant and desk were all courteous.
The food was very nice and the only improvement that I could think of would be to improve the cereal choice and quality, at breakfast, but this os a minor point.

"The hotel location is perfect; just in the middle of the Bratislava Castle and the Old City. You will be in any place of interest in less than 15 minutes walking. The hotel is fancy, the room is clean, the staff is nice, and the breakfast buffet is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel is your are visiting Bratislava. "

I had an excellent experience during my stay. The room was very clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the overall comfort exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even better. I would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again."

"Plenty of staff everywhere reception, cleaning, dining hall. We stayed with breakfast added and it was a lovely display each and every morning. We sat in the salt cave for an hour, free with the hotel.
