"I’ve traveled through many cities in Colombia. I have never had such a great experience as I did in this hotel. Staff… Friendly, Helpful , Respectful and always Attentive! Breakfast…. AMAZING!!! Best breakfast you could get out of any hotel in Colombia! By far the absolute best. Location. Right in the center of the town square. Close to absolutely everything in walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel"

"Como siempre lo más valioso la atención de las personas. Podría mejorar el servicio de restaurante. "

"El hotel esta muy bien ubicado cerca de la Plaza Mayor, y tiene un estilo bonito colonial. Por otra parte, las habitaciones son mas basicas de lo esperado, necesitan toallas en mejores condiciones, por lo menos incluir shampoo y cortinas de privacidad durante el dia, pues si abre la ventana para tener luz todos los huespedes ven su habitacion al pasar. El desayuno igual es muy muy basico, y el servicio necesita mejora, por lo menos un poco de amabilidad y atencion al cliente (es raro ver al encargado del hotel)"

"El sifón del baño tenía un olor fuerte a cañería , mucho ruido en las piscinas termales con música hasta las 11 pm. Podría ser un lugar espectacular , pero le faltan unos detalles ."
