"Loved the topolino ride and the boat tour of the canyons around Cassis. The infinity pool is nice and warm. The concierge was a bit overwhelmed and dismissive but he had help and all of our needs were taken care of."

"The location of the hotel is perfect, as are then views. The room was spacious and comfortable with good amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The second room in our suite had no natural light and the lighting was dim - this didn’t matter too much for us as we only used it for cases and clothes but it would be a problem if you were sleeping there. Other than that, everything was good and it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. Compliments to the staff."

"While the view from the room was quite something, because the building faces west the afternoon sun boils the rooms. Mine never cooled down all night. AC was inadequate. Good breakfast and nice bar area. In a very busy and noisy part of town. But close to all activities."

"The rooms are clean and spacious, and the pool is nice, but this hotel is terribly located and over-priced. There are no restaurants or sights within walking distance, and it’s still a 25 minute drive to the airport. Since the hotel restaurant was closed for a group event the night we were there, we walked around trying to find somewhere to eat, but the neighbourhood did not feel safe at night. "The property was amazing is right in front of the old court there is everything going on right there but you close the windows cause he has a window if you choose to stay enough in front of a room with the front view is amazing. You don’t hear nothing once the windows are closed no matter how loud it’s outside. It’s beautiful. Everything was so nice. People was very nice. Guillermo was an amazing person. "The facility is upscale, clean and well kept. The main issue was the restaurant staff. The hotel has 4 restaurants and there is large number of staff they hired. However, the staff were untrained and uncoordinated. For instance we saw the reception and let them know we are there for a drink late night, and they seated us. Another server came by and said this restaurant (La Source) is only for eating and asked us to leave. That left a horrible taste and totally ruined the night. Same issues at...

"The hotel's location is very convenient for the airport, which is why I always choose to stay here whenever I visit Marseille, especially when I have an early airport shuttle or flight to catch. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The only downside is outside the hotel. "beaucoup de choses m’ont déplu concernant ce séjour : - en descendant dans le hall, je saluais la réception et certains de répondaient pas. - de la vaisselle sale à mon arrivée dans la chambre : personne n’a prit la peine de vérifier la propreté des couverts dans le placard. - du bruit incessant matin et soir dans les couloirs, des bruits de perceuses à 8h du matin. Ce n’était vraiment pas exceptionnel. "
