"The view from this property is outstanding! Our room was comfortable, quite clean, lighting was good and shower water pressure was awesome.
Prior to our arrival, I tried to call the property but several times the line dropped. Upon arrival and getting to our room, we had questions about ordering tefreshments, the spa, etc. but there was no way to contact the front desk - the # never worked. when we went down to clarify at the front desk, most of the time no one was available to ask questions...

"Although the hotel was in a great location, room was nice and the pool area/restaurant very nice, for us, it was the staff that let it down. Pretty much everyone was very cold and businesslike. There was no warmth in welcoming you to the hotel and certainly a distinct lack of information regarding both the hotel and area. If you asked questions at the desk, you were made to feel as if you were being a nuisance. It was apparent that the focus was on business and the events being held there;...

"I had a disappointing stay due to cramped conditions and inflexible policies. The room was tiny hardly enough space to walk past the bed and it had a noticeable, lingering smell, with a small fly flying around the room. On top of that, standard checkout was at 11:00 AM, and when we asked for a late checkout, they said we would have to pay an extra €20 just for one hour."
