"While the view from the room was quite something, because the building faces west the afternoon sun boils the rooms. Mine never cooled down all night. AC was inadequate. Good breakfast and nice bar area. In a very busy and noisy part of town. But close to all activities."

On checking in this had not been done and the allocated room only had one bed. Room was changed but to a room with one bed and one sofa. "The facility is upscale, clean and well kept. The main issue was the restaurant staff. The hotel has 4 restaurants and there is large number of staff they hired. However, the staff were untrained and uncoordinated. For instance we saw the reception and let them know we are there for a drink late night, and they seated us. Another server came by and said this restaurant (La Source) is only for eating and asked us to leave. That left a horrible taste and totally ruined the night. Same issues at...
