"This was a small hotel conveniently located near the old town attractions, and the parking was convenient and the breakfast was okay. Our room with two double beds was near the front desk in the lobby. However, in the afternoon several hotel staff members were loudly chatting and laughing in the lobby and really disturbed our rest. So we had to request the hotel to relocate us to a different room."

"The hotel itself was beautiful, facilities were great. Breakfast buffet had great options daily. Indoor pool and hamam was great to use at nights. Location was great very central to everything Housekeeping could've been better wasn't cleaned to 5 star hotel standards other then that would definitely recommend. We had mountain view which was beautiful."

"Firstly, the hotel does not qualify for 4 star category. Carpet was old and worn out. Sheets and towels were old. Blanket was dirty. Bathroom smells. Fines imposed for everything but the water doesn’t drain in the sink. Breakfast is expensive. It should be under 3 star category. Pricey only because it is in Old town. Not so happy after paying EUR 185 per night."
