Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. The neighbourhood is quite pleasant. I loved the fact that it had co working spaces downstairs and a laundry facility on the ground floor. "Really great location near the tram stop which goes to the airport and into the city. The kitchen area is really helpful if you want to make anything to eat in your room. Staff friendly and helpful with any concerns. Was able to leave luggage in the hotel after check out. Would visit again for a short stay in Bordeaux:) the definitely only thing that we were missing was short of towels. A longer mirror would be nice in the room and if allowed a toaster!"
