"Black mold growing in bathroom with a very strong mold and mildew smell. Mattress was worn out and needs replaced.
Staff members are being over worked. House keeping should not be working 14 days straight. This was a conversation I overheard while getting coffee. In no way and I saying this to get the staff members in trouble. This is a company issue. Hire enough staff to cover the work so they aren’t over worked."
