"I liked the open and spacious apartment, plenty of room for myself, my wife, and my son. What we didn't like was the HUGE COCKROACH PROBLEM!! We would leave the kitchen light on at night to help keep them away. Also, the maintenance is not very good...no batteries in the remote control for the fan in the second bedroom, several of the lights didn't work...just lazy maintenance"

"My wife and I visited Bonaire on our first trip to Bonaire. The hotel was conveniently located two blocks from our dive shop/shore. We arrived after hours (in Bonaire, that means after 10 pm), so the hotel crew contracted a taxi to pick us up and give us the room key. There was no housekeeping, but typically my wife and I request no housekeeping on a daily basis at a regular hotel anyway, so that was perfect for us (someone did come in halfway through our 5 day stay to clean, though). "The staff at the Grand Windsock was the absolute best!! Yes, the property is great and the villa was amazing but the staff went above and beyond to give us the best stay possible. Our flight was cancelled and they did everything they could to help up extend our stay end not end on a bad note. Tiffany, the reservations manager, did her magic and we are truly appreciative. This was our second stay at Grand Windsock and we will definitely be returning again. Thank you Tiffany and to the amazing staff at Grand Windsock!! You helped turn a very stressful situation into a few more wonderful days in paradise! "
