"There was a complimentary transport from the hotel to the airport and we were told that only 7:30 and 10:30 am and ordered a private taxi to realize once we were outside at 9:30 that there was a transport taking guest to the airport . And we were told by the employees that the the front desk from the check in didn’t help us properly with this arrangement ."

"The front desk staff was amazing! We checked in during a rain storm and the hotel had been hit by lightning and their computers and they computers were out. The staff maintained their professionalism and got us in a room quickly. Thank you for your help "

"No vip treatment! nothing special, booked a king room got a double, wc was running water all the time and the sink didn’t drain properly. Breakfast was lame. Staff was good and the bed was comfy, but that’s it."
