"Fomos muito bem recebidos por todos da residência. Em todos os momentos estavam sempre bastante solícitos e atenciosos com nossas necessidades. "The team was very welcoming and helpful, Daniel was amazing checking in my daughter and her boyfriend, their 1st time in Cartagena and gave my husband and I very important important information while checking us out! At the restaurant, Shirley was an outstanding waitress!! Overall a great experience. One of our recommendations is for the Hyatt to invest on replacing the rooms’s refrigerators as they just don’t work…we were at a Hyatt earlier this year in Cancun, MX and unfortunately experienced the same problem."
