"I have been asked to pay for 19% tax of total bill I have already paid on expedia (that incuded normally the tax and everything) I dont know if I should blame expedia or them. Seems there is a tax exemption for tourists in colombia when you have a package. Package definition is loose though. Expedia should know better."

"Solo Traverlers**** this is my experience. I came Solo the first day and a hotel worker tried to come on to me, even close my door and attempted to dance with me in the room. Then a few days later tried to enter my room. The hotel did a good job and investigated everything but they tried to investigate it while I was there. This could have been dangerous for me. Nevertheless I wont stay at this hotel again and I will never travel alone. The hotel is beautiful, food is amazing."

"Excellent property with an outstanding Team and service. The amenities and attention from the concierge, front desk, housekeepers, pool and beach, restaurant staff is beyond 5 stars… The only thing i would not consider 5 stars is the road that leads to the hotel, the gravel road is not suitable for everyone or any car, our taxi driver had a flat tire that had to change when he dropped us off, imagine if this happened in the middle of the road or at night! Hope the hotel and other properties nearby could adopt the road and fix it. other than that our stay was amazing!"
