"Good facilities for children. Very good breakfast buffet and room service. Nice spa services. Rooms are clean but could be better. Pool and beach close early. Room assigment in areas affected by construction should be better coordinated. Not many places to walk around."

"Casa claver offers quality service. The staff is very helpful and respectful. The property is very clean, welcoming and peaceful. It’s location is great if you are looking to participate in excursions, most meeting points were anywhere from 7-10 min walk, other hotels I reviewed that required transportation. The breakfast is very good, I would suggest pick a different one every day you’re there. The rooftop pool has an amazing view. I would highly recommend and also visit again."

"The hotel is nothing like what’s described on Expedia. The buildings look old, and the rooms feel dusty and outdated. There are no real amenities in the room—just two glass bottles of water, and it’s unclear whether they’re being refilled or replaced.
The “all‑inclusive ” offering is also misleading. The buffet is open for breakfast and lunch with the same menu every day. Dinner service is inconsistent; although the buffet was open on my arrival day (Sunday), it was closed the following evening....
