No pin number sent by email by the hotel to get key to access room. No answer to the hotel phone support. Expedia was very courteous in assisting us. "Wonderful location close to the lake and old town. The A/C worked really well, which was so nice! Breakfast buffet is wonderful but can get crowded. Only issues were a very small shower, and a large window (without any curtain) in the bathroom. Other guests could see right in so we ended up having to hang a towel over the window for privacy."

"The Jufa is a relatively simple traditional hotel situated at the top of a hill which probably helped with cooling breezes in the summer. because of its location it is an easy walk to through bus routes as well as the circular bus to the harbour. handily the tourist office is very near by. it is an easy 15 minute walk down to the harbour, uphill on the way back. the bedroom and bathroom were clean and neat with plenty of plug sockets in the former and with good wardrobe space. there are...

"Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war ausreichend ausgestattet und insgesamt sauber. Lediglich über der Zimmertür, direkt in der Ecke, befanden sich Spinnweben sowie viele kleine Fliegen. Diese könnten künftig vor der Anreise der Gäste entfernt werden. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Frühstück war auch insgesamt in Ordnung."

"Great spot we wanted to be near the airport so it was perfect for us. Didn’t really eat there. Didn’t really use any amenities. I don’t think there was any overall it was fine. A little bit noisy some people in the hallway we’re trying to get in the room in the morning banging on the door at 7 AM so that was a little annoying but other than that it was fine."
