"Stayed with 2 other families. Awesome family friendly resort with indoor soft play / jungle gyms, games rooms, indoor pool, ice skating, outdoor slides and a cinema (!!). Fantastic for kids - just note that not everything runs during the week outside of school holidays. Staff are all amazing and are very helpful and friendly."

"The room was clean, the staff were excellent, and the breakfast was also excellent. We did have trouble with working the air conditioner, but staff came to fix it. We were disappointed that we didn’t have Netflix, as we did in the previous hotel we stayed in, but overall we enjoyed our stay, with the bonus spirit that took a liking to my bed!"

"The property location is good with shops nearby. But the property condition was very poor with leakage in the bathroom, bed rugged with a sagging mattress so much so that my daughter now has a sore back due to sleeping in that. The property did not have a drinking water fountain anywhere and the only option was to fill water from the bathroom. The staff were however very warm and were doing their best to help. "

"Due to heavy bookings for UTA event we stayed in a twin room the first night booked direct with motel it was OK for 2 adults 1 teen but we found the second night much better, same sort of facilities but just extra space (this Expedia booking). Rooms were right next to each other but we had to check out 10am check back in at 2pm. The owner was encouraging us to stay in the smaller room but not willing to reduce the cost to cover price difference (approx $60) so we went with our original...
