Cari Hotel di Béthune-Bruay - Artois-Lys Romane

"Beautiful grounds. Comfortable and spacious room"

"Very comfortable hotel in central location with very helpful staff."

"I've stayed here several times and never been disappointed."

"The hotel itself is beautiful — modern, stylish, and surprisingly quiet even though my room was right next to the lift. The communal areas are bright and inviting. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the quality of the space. On arrival the staff seemed moody and struggled with English, and I couldn’t pay for parking or even the soup I ordered (which was terrible). Checkout the next morning was chaotic: the receptionist’s laptop died, she was serving coffee while guests queued, and her...

"Tout c’est très bien passé, mériterait une 4eme étoile. Confort, propreté, accueil, rien à redire"

"It is the second time we have stayed here, 11 years apart, it is a wonderfully maintained property and Sophie the host was lovely. Would definitely recommend a stay here. The accomodation is very well looked after and very comfortable. Will be calling again on our next trip through France hopefully sooner than 11yrs on again."

"Excellent sejour. Personnel disponible et serviable."

"Chambre propre et personnel parfait"

"Il plus di questa struttura è il ristorante per la sera e la colazione. Camera piccola ma non manca nulla. Mi trovo sempre bene durante le mie visite di lavoro. Personale veramente bravo."

"La Chambre était vraiment trop petite pour 2 personnes Il y avait une fenêtre que nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir car elle donne sur un couloir desservant des chambres Pas de clim, nous avons eu trop chaud"

"The place is difficult to gain access to, the room itself has a sign cut gate but it was locked. No answer on the phone number. The house attached had a full driveway and no obvious front door. I had to wander round the back around building equipment to try and find someone, it was quite uncomfortable. Two lovely ladies eventually let me in the property. It is a nice clean and modern room that despite its large size some still feels cluttered with furniture. The biggest surprise was a hot tub...

"Sehr sauber und geordnet."

"Unique accommodation (quirky even) from access via lock boxes (great!) to the space itself, multilevel with a separate sitting area and bathroom. The bed was massive and incredibly comfortable, a fan was provided to keep the room cool (it was 32C outside) and the shower was hot and powerful. There was a large flatscreen TV with lots of channel choices too. Breakfast was provided on a tray outside the room. If you like a non-invasive experience, in an old, stylish, unique property, in the centre...

"Placé au meilleur endroit qui soit dans le centre."

"Good place to stay with very close and privat parking..."

"It's a shame the restaurant never seems to be open anymore"
