Berry Islands Hotels with parking

"Wildly expensive for what it is. We had a suite room, and began with switching rooms. The tub in our first room didnt work, there was blood on the bathroom walls, the lock fell off the door, we found a used blunt on the balcony, and one of the bathroom lights didnt work. We had a room closest to the lobby, which had loud music all the time. We had a two-year old, so even if the room was perfect we would have likely tried to move rooms. I'm not sure why they would book a toddler in that room. The staff was helpful in switching, which we did the following day. The new room was better, but still had problems. The bathrooms in both were just dirty. The corners of the bathrooms and the grout/caulking were gross. The balconies...oh boy, it was hard to even go out. You'd step outside and the bottoms of your feet were instantly black. I'm not sure theyve ever cleaned the floor or chairs out there. This was a two room sample size of these issues. Our dryer in the room barely worked. The casino, bars, pools, beach were all very nice. The restaurants were good too, though very expensive. It feels like they are trying to be an upscale resort, but don't have the basics down. Cleanliness and service should be number 1, but they arent. At half the price, we would probably go back, but never again for what it is now."

"On the verge of criminal. Showed up, and was asked for a $100 cash deposit - with a sign on the wall saying the deposit is $25. Walked by staff to a catfish ONE BED ROOM with a view of a wall, having paid for a TWO BED ROOM with a "view". Was told, while walking to the room, of a story about "only having one key for the 2 of us." (Later finding out there's no keys at all) Then was told our reserved room was water-damaged (doubt it), and the shed of a room was the only thing available. Was told they could discount it - later told they don't have the authority to discount. Not enough of a wifi signal to find another hotel. They rolled up a filthy cot - that could NOT even fit anywhere in the room. Was mansplained that they've solved our problem by sending us to a more expensive hotel, that we'd have to pay to get to. It's dark, we're exhausted, and decided to take the room - to then find out we can't lock the door. No keys at all. We decide to leave, and the guy at the counter is talking trash to us (all on audio if management wants to hear it). Requested a receipt / proof of not accepting the room, and was told "don't worry so much about it, we won't get charged." Insisting repeatedly, a second guy eventually sent a email, and while we were waiting outside in the dark, decided to pay for our cab to the other much more expensive hotel. A nice gesture, but not even close to making up for the treatment/garbage. "

The location is perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The views are absolutely incredible, especially overlooking the ocean—great spot to sit, unwind, and just take it all in. What really made the stay stand out was the staff. Shan, Treasure, Chris, and John were all amazing—super friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They genuinely made us feel at home and made the trip even better. THANK YOU! Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy, and we had zero issues during the stay. It was exactly what we were looking for. The Indian restaurant on site was excellent as well. I had the Curry chicken and rice. My wife had the Penne pasta chicken. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nassau."

"Great Hotel we enjoyed our stay ofcourse its dated but it met our requirements bed was comfy and thats all we really cared as we are out all day touring the island. It has small pool which is 24/7 loved how convenient that is to take a dip at 2am. They have access to private beach ⛱️ 2min walk just have to cross the road its locked 🔒 as its private. Staff is great 👍 i wont mind coming back again... especially if youre into touring the island vs staying at a resort.. if you dont mind little dated hotel then you will enjoy your stay."

"The front deck were very friendly and helpful whilst the location 10 minutes from the airport) was very useful. and peaceful. Although an older property it was well maintained but some further work is required to finish the guard rails on outdoor steps in a few places."
