"What a wonderful welcome by such lovely reception staff. I arrived after 9pm and was happily still served drinks and dinner. Shuttle to airport was on time and speedy. Such a great hotel super close to the airport. "

"This really was a most magical place to visit, the peace and calm of the area was just what I needed after hectic working weeks! I wish I had stayed longer to enjoy more of the spa, the village is hard to get to, and very small but the hotel makes up for that. The night we stayed there was a lightning storm and the hotel came to collect us from the local pizza restaurant which was so kind! A lovely places with lovely staff, cannot recommend highly enough! "

"Vi fick världens finaste bemötande av all personal på hotellet. De till och med höll restaurangen öppen till oss på kvällen när vi checkade in. Fick utomordentligt fin service! Den bästa service vi upplevt! Alla i personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående och trevliga och professionella! Kan varmt rekommenderas!!!!"

"Hotelli on kiva ja siisti, mutta aika kaukana Bergamon keskustasta. Sinne pääsee bussilla, mutta silti käveltävää jää silti noin kilometri ja matkan varrelle osuu aika pitkät portaat. Liikuntaesteisille voi olla hankala. Hotellin lähellä on kiva kahvila. "

"Very nice hotel in beautiful mountain village. Tortuous narrow and bendy road for about 20 km to hotel that took approx 1 hour to traverse. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Beautiful breakfast with lots of choice- cold options only. Staff friendly and efficient. Only minus was no air conditioning in the room. Fabulous value for money. "
