"The room was clean with AC. The ocean view was marred by construction going on from 5:00 until 20:00. You get used to the banging. Don't open the window because the mosquitoes are large and wicked. The staff were great. Abdou was extremely helpful when I arrived at 4am and he was able to accommodate me after a long tiring flight. "BIG PROBLEM! I have stayed at Hotel du Port many times and love the hotel. However, the hotel did not honor my Hotels.com reservation; they explained that They are no longer accepting any reservations through online companies. I was informed that I will need to get a reimbursement from Hotels.com. since Hotels.com already charged me for night, but apparently never paid the hotel. So I was forced to pay for the night, directly to the hotel, after Hotels.com already took my money. I paid twice...
