"The property is now old. However, it's still very functional, neat and the staff are friendly. It's good enough for a sound sleep nothing fancy. "

"BIG PROBLEM! I have stayed at Hotel du Port many times and love the hotel. However, the hotel did not honor my Hotels.com reservation; they explained that They are no longer accepting any reservations through online companies. I was informed that I will need to get a reimbursement from Hotels.com. since Hotels.com already charged me for night, but apparently never paid the hotel. So I was forced to pay for the night, directly to the hotel, after Hotels.com already took my money. I paid twice...

"This isn't the best hotel for English speakers. The staff tries hard to communicate, but the rooms are awful. The first room I was given had zero light since the window opened into a wall, and the mattress was lopsided. The second room was right next to a public bathroom AND the restaurant, and the walls are paper thin. It also isn't easy to get a taxi because the hotel is on a side road. "
