"We traveled as a family of 4 and stayed in the suite which included 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a family room with a fridge. There are many great things to note, the space is as described “a jungle resort.” We were immersed in the jungle vibe with coconut trees, all sorts of birds and other wildlife. "We had an AMAZING stay at Caye Casa. First and foremost, the facilities are great. The rooms are large and clean, and the property is well maintained. Additionally, the location is great.
That being said, what really made our trip is how kind and helpful the staff are.
We had a few things go wrong on our trip, and Jake and his staff did everything in their power to help us out. Even if the property was a hole in a ditch, I would stay there again for them! They are truly exceptional.

"The resort is beautiful, the food delicious, and the staff helpful and friendly. The pool area is huge and wonderful. Loved the swim up bar with the warm water.
