"The restaurant across the way is very convenient! There is a mini split that kept the room cool for my entire stay. The grounds are lovely and true to the pictures that are posted. I would certainly stay here again if I had the opportunity."

"The Air conditioner worked. That was good. However, we were concerned to find debris on the bed … bits of sand and some dead bugs on top of the sheets. The bed is right underneath the A/C unit … maybe debris blown onto the bed when the A/C was turned on? The office was closed by the time we noticed at bedtime, so we could not change rooms or request fresh sheets (the sheets also had stains on them). As a result, we just shook out the sheets outside and remade the bed. No mattress pad so the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The room was a bit shabby as well … chips and scratches in the paint on the walls, especially by the closet doors. The staff was great at check-in and check-out and the bathroom was clean. Overall, not a great experience, but not absolutely horrible either."
