"Great experience overall although the restaurant manager(s) were a bit snooty - everyone else was great. "The bedroom was great , lovely decor & a very comfortable bed BUT the bathroom was clearly in need of a major refurbishment - it was extremely dated and in poor condition - the shower attachment was in the bath but the tiled side of the bath was so high that I could not get in to have a shower. "I loved this hotel. Everything was beautiful inside and the beds so comfy. Two things, they had to be reminded a few times we needed more TP and they charged me for a cup of coffee at checkout once I had paid the final bill (and it's free in your room but we'd run out of pods). It was 4 euro, felt like that should have been free. (Oh well)"
