"ZERO STARS! My experience at West Bay Colonial was disgraceful, largely due to Franklin, the extremely unprofessional, passive-aggressive manager.
On Friday, I was checked in by an employee while Franklin stood there witnessing everything. After receiving my keys and wristband, he later falsely claimed my reservation couldn’t be found and demanded an additional $244 for a stay I had ALREADY PAID FOR! Thankfully, the wonderful owner, Hazel, intervened.
