"Un cadre idyllique avec la plage pas loin en navette. Nous y sommes restés qu'une nuit mais cela vaut la peine d'y rester plusieurs jours. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je le recommande. Der Hotelpächter ist sehr freundlich, umgänglich und hilfsbereit. Es wird ein typisch ital. Frühstück serviert " Süss" und ausreichend. "Nun ja. Als wir vor etwa 12 Jahren schon im Albergo Italia genächtigt haben waren wir begeistert. Die riesige Terrasse der King Suite (Zi 115) mit Blick über die Sassi hat uns begeistert. Man hat sich damals gut vorstellen können, dass Mel Gibson während der Dreharbeiten zur „Passion Christi“ hier gewohnt hat. Aber Matera hat sich verändert. Unzählige Privatzimmer und B&B‘s sind entstanden und man kann sich bei dieser Auswahl heute kaum noch vorstellen, dass sich jemand mehr als nur eine Nacht...

"Wonderful hotel in a great location in Matera. Each room was different and wonderful (we had four rooms). The staff was great and the transfers to/from the parking garage were perfect. We would absolutely stay here again!"
