"Bel hôtel très bien placé avec un délicieux petit déjeuner. Dommage toutefois qu’il n’ouvre qu’à 6h30, surtout pour un hôtel situé à côté de la gare."

"La chambre etait bien rien à redire par contre il n’y a pas de prise à côté du lit il faut aller brancher son téléphone plus loin ça c’est embêtant. Ce qui nous a vraiment embêté c’est que nous avions choisi cet hôtel parce qu’il y avait une baignoire et au final il n’y avait aucun bouchon pour pouvoir prendre un bain. Nous avons appelé la réception mais visiblement notre problème ne les intéressaient pas. C’est vraiment pas professionnel. "

"The reception team was great, & friendly. The room was OK (quite old and noisy bed, continuous ticking coming from a pipe the whole night), it was way too warm and the AC couldn't be turned on. The breakfast was mediocre, selection was rather moderate and below standard, in our opinion, as was the thoughtfulness and attention of the team during breakfast. Conclusion: well located within the city, but room/breakfast do not justify the price"

"Unfortunately scaffolding round building- in dact wondered if hotel shut. Once inside- pleasant decoration. Friendly staff. Bedrooms had no extras but had been8 newly refurbished and bathroom had top quality porcelain. Nice sheets. Good breakfast. Water always available in lobby. Handy for staation and old town. No kettle in bedroom."

"It is a great place to stay to see Strasbourg. Very convenient to walk around and see everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and quiet. It can be difficult to get here by automobile, but parking is nearby. It was our second stay here and we'd continue to stay at this nice hotel."
