"we loved our stay in this hotel. our room was spacious and very clean. the rooftop pool and lounge area was lovely. the area is very walkable and there’s lots of restaurants nearby. the sky train, shopping centre and cinema is only around a 15 minute walk away and i’d recommend using the train to get to places because traffic is terrible! "

"After seeing some reviews i was nervous but our stay was lovely! Our room was clean, comfortable and all we needed. The hotel service. was good, pool areas and bar good! Great value! "

"Had a great time staying at Aira Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bow, Nana, Cherry and Som-o were the staff that we had the pleasure to deal with. Excellent breakfast buffet, the egg station was our favourite. Tasty meals. Nice lounge. Didnt get the chance to check out the rooftop restaurant but it will be our plan the next time."

"Very much welcome by the concierge but waiting for the reception was a bit tiring. They didn’t even explain the benefit of different suites. The suites was nice, but no tv at the living hall. "

"Otroligt fint och lyxigt hotell. Väldigt fina rum med magisk utsikt. Fin rooptop och trevlig frukost. Ligger precis vid ett nytt mall och även enkelt att ta sig överallt med skytrain som ligger precis utanför hotellet."

The customer service was amazing especially poy the lady that helped with directions and walking us to the tuk tuk into the city for some shopping. The manager for food and beverage Yuth was so insightful and a hands on when it came to food suggestions such exceptional service , Alex the night front manager was very helpful and kind to all our needs . I will come again and again to The Peninsular because of its exceptional service, very classic...
