"The staff are very accommodating and helpful. The family room we had has 1 King and a twin. It would have been better to have 2 double beds but within minutes they had an extra bed set up as there were 4 of us. I’m quite pleased with the service. The buffet breakfast is wonderful. The concierge helped us print some documents at no charge. The shuttle to the mall is also a great service. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend. "

"Had a great time staying at Aira Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bow, Nana, Cherry and Som-o were the staff that we had the pleasure to deal with. Excellent breakfast buffet, the egg station was our favourite. Tasty meals. Nice lounge. Didnt get the chance to check out the rooftop restaurant but it will be our plan the next time."

"Very much welcome by the concierge but waiting for the reception was a bit tiring. They didn’t even explain the benefit of different suites. The suites was nice, but no tv at the living hall. "

"This was our second year staying at this lovely hotel after our long flight and before our onward journey. The same as last year, check in was faultless, quick and easy, the staff were very efficient and welcoming. The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our evening meal at the restaurant and would highly recommend it. The whole time we were there the staff were always friendly and helpful. Overall our stay was excellent and we look forward to hopefully...

"The staying experiences for the few days are fine except amenities were not provided in the room by default. Laundry bag was not provided either which may cause minor inconveniences and it can be improved from what I compared with my other staying of similarly priced. Thank you. "
