"This hotel was absolutely amazing! The service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, the facilities were excellent, and everyone was very friendly and professional. What impressed me the most was when my young son got injured during our stay. The hotel manager personally took him to the hospital late at night and made sure he received proper treatment. To our surprise, all the medical expenses were covered by the hotel at no cost to us. This level of care, kindness, and responsibility is something I have never experienced before. We are extremely grateful for everything they did for our family. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and genuine hospitality. We will definitely come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

The highlight, of course, was floating effortlessly in the Dead Sea—an experience that is both surreal and deeply relaxing. The mineral-rich waters and healing mud truly leave you feeling renewed and re-energized. One of the highlights of my stay at the Mövenpick Dead Sea was the exceptional reception by Yahia. From the very first moment, his professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the experience feel truly special."
