"Top complex, facilities, staff and all around experience"

"I usually book here whenever I go to the dead sea but this last visit wasn’t the best. The room was missing some tools like the hair dryer and bath robe. Called receptionist to request the items but they said they will but we waited long and they didn’t bring them although they were supposed to be included in the room package. Another thing is the type of people who were using the swimming pools, there was so many young men who were chasing girls in the pool and taking pictures of them. I had...

"Although the staff was mainly local, they need training to deal with visitors. We had dinner at Fairouz restaurant, but the charged us extra for water. No soft drinks were served"

"The Staff was fabulous but the grounds were understaffed. The restaurants were at the local mall, and the walk was difficult for my elderly mother. You could Uber to the mall however. It was a low guest count and the staff seemed low in number so the grounds were not as clean as the other hotels around the dead sea. The room was impeccable however. The childrens pool area had some rusty parts on the slide. But the water was clean and the amenities were very fun. "

"The keeper at property will ask for extra money for non sense things! The reservation changed in last minute while driving there so I had to take whatever option available! The deal I paid for includes heated pool but on arrival i paid 35$ just for the heated pool cash! Pool remained cold! The owner so nice and available but the keeper was annoying! "

"Overordbet havde vi et rart ophold og et sted vi godt kunne besøge igen. Til prisen var lokationen god. Poolområdet var godt og vi brugt både vores morgen og aftener der. Lille kørertur, det dødehav, cafeer og minimarket. Vi var nok uheldig med naboerne som havde en fest til langt ud på natten. Små forbedringer kunne gør det helt i top. -Bedre rengøring, særlig i køkkenet. - Myggenet på altendør var ikke monteret og derfor var der mange myg i soveværelset. "

"Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out."
