"The room was cleaned and bed made every day. The staff were amazing, everyone was so polite and helpful. The breakfast was very nice, it would have been better if there was an option to have an omelette. Pool area is quite small but very well maintained and clean. The bar/ outside terrace was the only let down. "The staff were very helpful and attentive. As we were leaving they asked if everything had been satisfactory. Never get asked this usually. Good breakfast. Excellent location close to all bars, restaurants and amenities"

"Just returned from 8 days here. The hotel is ideally situated next to many eating places including KFC and Burger King and a first class Indian and Italian restaurant and many pub grub places, various shops and huge supermarket . The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful . Breakfast was plentiful and varied , lasted us all day . The room is kept spotless. We will return again , no question . The only downside is lack of shade at the roof top pool. There are no umbrellas . Only a partly shaded area at both ends covered by an awning if needed . The loungers themselves are made of hard plastic so can get uncomfortable if lying on them all day . Padded tie on cushions would have been nice. However the pool was lovely and clean and actually properly heated . We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family ."

"Check in was easy and Reception staff were friendly and helpful. My hotel room was small, well presented and clean. The Aircon worked really well as it was about 40° outside but nice and cool inside the room. It was fine for an overnight stay on route to Alicante Airport but mini toiletries such as tooth paste were lacking in the bathroom. Eating out was good in the evening as there were many restaurants to choose from and the surrounding area was surprisingly busy. I would recommend this hotel."
