Cari Hotel di Baja California Sur

"Muy padre el hotel, la comida buena y la atención muy buena, recomiendo en el restaurante chino poner más atención"

"Needs improved bedding"

"Staff is very attentive, nice and helpful. Pools are not maintained. Gym is equipment is no good. Food is unappealing, the idea of the food is nice but the taste is below subpar. Biggest disappointment and ick of the entire stay in the amount of flies around and on the food. Employees are the highlight of the trip. Ooh and the demographic this resort attracts is very entitled and disrespectful."

"The customer service to be specific a gentleman named Diego The Butler, the hotel was very clean, delicious food 5 STAR"

"The staff is very nice; everyone greets you. We had a great time. We really enjoyed our time at the pools. Lot's of choices for food and dinner. The room was OK I wanted a seperate area because I get up early. But the bathoom is in the bedroom with the sinks and bath tub. The Casita room. We had a couple of issues; my husband had a bone in his chicken tacos and a piece of plastic in his eggs. Otherwise we had an amazig time."

"Beautiful property"

"The resort was beautiful, the room was beautiful (swim out room - take bug spray), food was great and the staff were excellent! Hoping to return soon!"

"Nothing good to say about this property"

"Is old"

"Great place for families"

"Will definitely book another trip with my kids. My only complaint was the Quivira steak house was very confusing. And when you ordered drinks they serve the wrong ones and then charge you extra thinking we won’t catch it. Will not be returning to that restaurant. Loved the main pool. Roberto was amazing. When we got our seat for the day at the pool we always made sure we sat in his section. He was doing laps around all the younger guys. When we book another trip we would love to see his smiling...

"Everyday we had breakfast at Siempre and our waitress Ana was the best!"

"The hotel staff was friendly but the hotel needs a serious update. The room felt very run down. We had to have the hot water fixed 3 days out of 5 we stayed. Overall felt like a 2 star resort vs what the online photos show."

"Our room and stay was perfectly suited for an r&r vacation. The private pool was the highlight, but the added service, and breakfast was also amazing. Would recommend this resort, and room to anyone."

"The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the pool service is slow, the staff is wonderful and very nice, the resort is very clean, and the food is excellent. Great location with massages on the beach (Medano Massage $59 for 60 mins or $69 for 90), next to Medano beach (swimming beach), and The Office (excellent food and killer location). I’ve been going to Cabo for 23 years and stayed at lots of resorts. My wife and I stayed here last year for her bday and came back again. It’s a chill...
