"The staff was exceptional, extremely friendly, nice and so attentive! The rooms were very nice, spacious and kept very clean. I would highly reccomend and will definitely be back!"

"Staff friendliness, good breakfast option. Didn't like the fact that I had to pay for parking in south america whereas I don't pay in most cities in usa. Also no coffee maker in the room or common areas. No microwave to heat water. These should be looked into as most customers frowned at that"

"The hotel is located in a good area. There are lots of restaurants and bars walking distance. In addition, the hotel has a great rooftop with a beautiful view to the ocean and you can watch the sunset. Luiza from the reception desk has provided great recommendation. Breakfast is great, but I would recommend to be more attentive with the room since it was cleaned around 5 pm and the toilet paper wasn't enough for one night."
