"Did not acquire the ocean view from my balcony, though that was what we requested and even Expedia had asked to review our ocean view room???. Did Not give us an ocean front view view Room. Was a bit to over crowded also when we were there"

"First off this was a great place but it is not for everyone!!. The staff did not speak English and if you don’t even know a little Spanish it’s going to be hard to navigate. They had music blaring till 1 am on one night but we knew this so we brought earplugs and we were fine. The ocean view was great and the place was amazing if you know what you are getting into so you are prepared. Watch 3 or 4 YouTube videos so you know what to expect. "Upon arrival they took about 15 mins just to check me in, when there were about 7 staff members standing behind the counters not helping anyone else. Once I was helped they rain a bell and said someone else will finish the check in to give me more information. That person was not available so they finished my check in without completely giving me all the information about the hotel.
