"Beautiful grounds on the hotel property. It is across from a beautiful beach. Nice pool. Extremely helpful, caring staff. Was great to have a restaurant at this hotel with good food. I would definately stay again if I'm ever in Nassau. 5 stars!!"

"The Royal Tower has the most updated rooms. But there is no kitchenette or microwave which is a nice convenience for the Reef tower. If you want to save money by cooking and heating up leftovers, I would recommend Reef over Royal. The pros to the Royal tower is it’s central to Atlantis, and you don’t need to take shuttles; everything is walkable. Ocean view rooms are amazing! We were in 15-522 and the view is breath taking. "The Rui was a good choice for us.
We chose the ocean front room and it was beautiful.
Bedding and pillows good.
Dark out curtains helpful.
Housekeeping did a great job.
Bathroom shower had a rain head which was great after day at beach.
There was some issues with us being able to control the air conditioning so the room was cold, but we never called for assistance so that's on us.
Room did have a slight musty odor, but door open took it away.

"Kids had a great time. Biggest concerns are the prices but we learned to eat most of our meals at the fish fry which is just a 10 minute walk.
We spent the majority of our time around the pool. The music was a one hour playlist that repeated all day every day. I felt like I was going to lose my mind. I can't imagine how the employees feel about that"

"If I could rate this less than 1 star, I would. There was no water pressure at all. We had to switch rooms dues to the water issue. The other room they put us in was just as bad. I will not be going there again."
