"Great hotel with the friendliest people all the way around!!!"

"Cove pool is excellent and pool staff amazing. Only issue is rooms are getting dated, AC not great. Now for late check out request charging $165 an hour. No matter status w Marriott or frequent guest. Crazy nickel and dime even when hotel not full. Will loose repeat guest. "

"Overall good hotel . A little dated needs a lick of paint and a minor renovations but the staff are great . Can’t do enough for you . Food/drink selection excellent. Clean and everyone friendly. This is a 3-4 star accommodation with 4-5 star food and service. Beach area lovely "

"All inclusive"

"The fact that our initial room was completely different than pictured was just a start. We have used HomeAway many, many times with “exceeded expectation” results but this one was a let down. On top of it all, the hotel manager and assistant manager were... let’s just go with “less than pleasant.” I’m stopping here because I could go on and on about things that were overly misrepresented on this particular outfit. "The hotel was wonderful- the room, the pool, the beach. The room was clean and with perfect view to the ocean and the harbour. The staff was very kind and helpful."

"This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property."
