"Small and not over commercialized. Staff were the friendliest we have ever encountered. We came in the down season so maintenance was going on but the workers and staff kept the noise to a minimum. You can tell that even though the property is older, they were working to make upgrades. Met several Coupes making return trips, sometimes 7 or 8 times, confirming that the staff friendliest was the reason for return visits"

"Had a wonderful time for my honeymoon. I would recommend going around the time I did (September 8-12). Hardly anyone was there. Workers said it was their slow season. The resort was really clean. A lot to do at the resort. The resort does charge a 15% “tip tax” ON EVERYTHING. Be aware of that. "

"We had originally booked the Coral but two days after our arrival date the hotel was to close to complete renovations. That was a perk for us because we were upgraded to the Royal. It was a great hotel right in the middle of the property. The waterpark was awesome and the food was great. The food can get expensive but we decided to eat big breakfasts, have a small snack around lunch time and then have dinner. We ate at Marina Pizza the first night and it was so good, we would have ate there...

"The hotel is gorgeous. If you’re looking for a quite relaxing vacation this hotel is a good pick. They have beautiful rooms with well equipped kitchens. The infinity pool is very nice. There’s not much else to do the hotel lacks activities. Not a lot of restaurant options within the hotel. And what is available the food wasn’t great, and expensive. Be aware of the time share “free breakfast” from luxury living. That’s a total scam and should not be permitted on the hotel premises. They...

"We loved most everything about the Cove resort. It was so beautiful to be in and our room was awesome with a king size bed facing the ocean. We were disappointed in the less expensive dining options. There weren’t very many. Would have loved a closer gelato shop or better cafe options. The food was very pricey. We ate at Carmines and for what it cost, it was terrible. The chicken parm was burn to a crisp. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. "
