"The bartender/ dining hostess wasn’t so pleasant. Did not tell us to go to our table or even acknowledge us. Took 10 minutes for her to walk to our table. The other staff were professional & very respectful & pleasant. Easy upgrade! Beautiful rooms & hotel. Food was AMAZING, pricey but well worth it! Will definetly book again. "

"The room was spotless, and had every I needed. The private balcony was amazing, overlooking the ocean. The staff was friendly and courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had what I needed. They even found me some hot sauce for my hardboiled eggs at the breakfast buffet.
