"The friendliness of the staff is so and so. We have a wonderful experience with the breakfast service and a mediocre with the evening service. The hotel is located in a very nice area. Unfortunately the access to the lake is not the best. But this hotel is the perfect spot to start some day trips. One can clearly see that this hotel is not state of the art anymore. "Front desk were all very friendly and helpful for us as we checked in and helped with any issues. Hotel lobby and lounge area were very well kept and beautiful. We did enjoy breakfast at the hotel bar and appreciated the water and coffee while either heading out or arriving back to the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel and would book again and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Munich to stay here. Thank you "
