"It was a nice comfortable hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. I wish there was a refrigerator in the room. The interior furnishings were fresh and modern, but the outside could be maintained better. Being so close to the water probably has challenges with salt air, but paint and power wash might make it look better on the outside. "

The location is a short walk (downhill) to the City Gates, good for buses, shops and marina with its shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, we were in a street facing room where, on Wednesday night, we were woken up by music and what must have been karaoke at about 0130 (Thursday)....
