"My stay at the Mövenpick was very pleasant, and the location turned out to be perfect. At first, I wasn’t impressed when arriving through the back entrance—it was tight, and I could barely squeeze in to reach the front desk. I even considered leaving. But Fatima at reception, with her kindness and warm smile, convinced me to stay at least one night. I ended up staying five. She is truly wonderful and so helpful. A special thanks as well to Nigar, who assisted me with directions to the Old City...

"Filled in the online form to have 30min massage add on which was not scheduled - the spa apologized multiple times and gave me a 30min massage for free. Left my credit card on the front desk - they hired a taxi driver to chase me to the airport and sent it to me. Such awesome service! "

"This was a booking for my mother-in-law. Originally booked for 2 nights we had to extend her stay by one night due to a flight cancellation caused by an airline strike. I had to make a separate booking for one night and asked the staff to make sure they don't move her into another room. The staff were very courteous and accommodating. "
