"The staff at reception was fantastic. They were able to organize a last minute private guided tour of the Acropolis (ask for Liana). The room was super nice and we got complimentary champagne. It was right outside the Plaka which made it great for shopping and food."

"My first room (#103) was dark and dingy. And, there was a cockroach. They moved me, somewhat grudgingly, to a different room, which was much nicer and brighter and felt cleaner.
The staff were okay, I wouldn’t say they were friendly but they were helpful.
I very much enjoyed the breakfast they provided. The location is convenient, you can walk to most of the attractions within 20 minutes.
But honestly, now that I have been around the city, there are other similar hotels in prettier areas. This...

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned on arrival, the bedding had visible stains, and noise levels throughout the night made it difficult to sleep. Staff were also generally unhelpful throughout our stay, which added to the poor experience. Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations and we would not return."
