"Absolutely excellent. Great staff everywhere. The local employees from Cotonou were the very best in courtesy, willingness to assist and offer information. Only one white woman who apparently is “boss” was rude by speaking rudely to an employee that was helping me when she interrupted us and gave him her keys and ordered him to go bring things from a car… employee was very professional and finished his assistance to me before moving on.
Staff went above and beyond making me and my son have the best experience ever. Food was amazing. Restaurant staff were amazing. Pool and all surrounding were in great condition.
Security was professional and welcoming.
My new favorite hotel. And I used to go to the Sheraton that became the Sofitel… the GOLDEN TULIP LE DIPLOMATE exceeded all my expectations. My son and I will go there again on our next trip. "
