"First off the good: ...the place is beautiful. The rooms are luxurious. We had a 3rd floor room and the stunningly high ceilings and almost floor to ceiling windows gave a great show during an intense thunder storm. There are train tracks right outside the window that slow moving trains regularly pass but (not loud but you hear them at night). It says parking is $25 dollars but that to valet and you can choose to self park right outside the hotel in the valet lot The less than...

"There wasn’t a way to open the window, so the air was stuffy. The staff woke me up at 8:30 in the morning asking me if I needed room service, which I was not impressed with. The man who checked me in last night, August 1, 2026 was extremely helpful and extremely nice. I appreciated him."

"We particularly booked this hotel because of location and the fact that breakfast was included. The breakfast lady did not come that morning and there was no alternative option the hotel offered. The reception staff was courteous, freshly and very helpful. However the property was very noisy- our room was overseeing a main road and it sounded like people were car raising in the middle of the night also, the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy and, when stopped, the room got very stuffy...

"Overall this place needs a good deep cleaning. Carpets were dirty in the hallway. Room had minor dirty spots on several walls and curtains. At least the beds were clean. Also, there was no elevator."

"It was ok but really need blackout curtains. Even with the shade down, it was bright. The tv or the remote didn’t work one of the nights but then it worked in the morning. The A/C unit was noisy/rattling so I had to use a white noise app."
