"Perfect location and views. Super clean. Enjoyed getting the free hotel ferry back and fowards (3 min ride) to the main bank. We were upgraded to a deluxe room in the newer part of the hotel, which, is the nicest and was a great start to our stay. Fantastic service, especially at the pool. Food was excellent. "Very good place to stay with lovely rooms, facilities and excellent staff. In particular Sameh, Hadeer and Alaa Hussein on reception were exceptionally friendly and super helpful as was Mohammed in the Juzeer restaurant. If I go to Aswan again I’ll definitely stay at Zen/MGM. "

"This resort is huge and very beautiful. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We scheduled an early morning pickup luggage at 5:45am. The guy was very punctual and polite. We were luck to spent one night at Azal for our Abu Simbel Trip."

"Stayed here the night before starting a Nile Cruise. It's an unusual experience-the transfer from the airport eventually puts you in a tuk-tuk to get you there! And we had to take a boat to transfer to our cruise. It feels rustic, but in a good way. Staff very attentive, but not much english speaking. Rooms were simple but comfortable."
