"Spa was closed and there’s no fitness option but the property is beautiful & my room/bed was v comfortable "

"The room was extremely hot. We arrived at 8 PM. 5 hours after the checkout time they didn’t even open the AC there were no water at the room. The zipper at the tent was broken It was like we are sitting outside. Avoid itDon’t bother yourself to book a room to sleep there just go to Visit the turtle and leave by the way you need to be prepared because they’re gonna put you in a bus without AC a junk one with a 43°"

"le chalet est agréable, mais le débit de l'eau des douches est très faible. Repas correct -brochettes de chameau à découvrir pour ceux qui n'en ont jamais mangé. Salle de repas bien aménagée et typique. "

"La chambre très bien, l’hôtel nous a même surclassé dans une suite supérieure."

"The hotel was recommended in Lonely Planet, and it was as they described. The hotel itself is a bit run down, but the staff were very friendly, and I appreciated that they carried our bags up the three flights of stairs! We were on the top floor, and the room was large, quiet and clean. The attached restaurant is also very good."

"Ein kleines fleckchen Paradies in der Wüste. Die Lage ist super. Tolle Ausstattung und tolle Betten. "

"The Chlorine in the pool effects smells a bit too much which affects on people who has asthma"

"Great location - the sauna didn’t work & the florescent lighting in the room was awful. You need a lamp by the bed "

"For a 2 star hotel it was ok. There was no lamp in the room, only overhead lights. Breakfast was very basic with instant coffee as the only option."

"The value for money was completely unreasonable. Unfortunately the breakfast was not good: lack of options, or no options for the Europeans. The dining area is at the open terrace. It was +45 last week of May, two portable coolers certainly didn't work. Rooms have to be cleaned better. Although the bed was very comfortable! The parking area has no roof/tent , the car was literally impossible to sit even in the morning."

"Hotel.com really let us down by providing misleading information that room can stay 4 people. All room are for 2 people only. The staff were very helpful and friendly to resolve this matter even though it was not their fault. I would book this hotel via other websites but not hotel.com. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you. The only issue was the pool the water was dark green not like the pictures and not cleaned."

"We were there only for one night, but we enjoyed everything- staff was very friendly, the tents are simple but comfortable, dinner and breakfast buffet was delicious. We hiked up the dunes for a beautiful sunset and enjoyed the night walking tour in the desert with Monil. as the hotel offers different type of activities you can choose from. We would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"We had an excellent stay at AlSalam Camp. Special thanks to Mr Mana, who took us on a dune bashing excursion at sunset, we had so much fun listening to his stories, learning about Omani culture and the sunset viewing spot was incredible. I highly recommend booking an experience with him. Thanks to the camp stuff who upgraded us to a royal tent."

"Für Kurzaufenthalt geeignet"

"Pas d'électricité toute la journée, pas de tv, pas d'internet dans la chambre, accès impossible sans 4×4. "

"Absolutely a hidden gem. Spotless, and cozy....smells very pleasant! Extremely hospitable staff. Definitely highly recommend!"
