Great location and a beautiful camp. We appreciated the complementary escort service which went smoothly. Both the stargazing and falcon show were excellent with great guides.
Amazing stay, loved everything about our experience. Food was great, lots of activities, room was very nice and facilities of the hotel are great (pool, lounge and kids play area). We did the camel ride, morning walk, falcon show (kids loved this), star gazing and night marshmallows roasting. Overall a magical stay. We did two nights and kids were sad to leave. Can definitely recommend!
Our stay in the desert was truly extraordinary, owing entirely to the care and attention of Piyush Raj and his team. From the outset, every detail was thoughtfully considered and executed with the highest standard of hospitality.
For my partner’s birthday, our room was transformed into a celebration with balloons in the colours of our national flag, intricate towel arrangements, and fresh flowers. Later, we were treated to a private dinner under the stars, illuminated in our national colours, complete with a romantic fire, marshmallows, and hot cocoa – an experience of the utmost charm and intimacy.
The team’s warmth, courtesy, and discretion ensured that every moment felt special and personal. Highlights of our stay included a serene sunrise camel ride and the thrill of dune bashing at sunset, both orchestrated with seamless professionalism.
This was not simply a holiday; it was an unforgettable experience, curated with elegance and genuine thoughtfulness. Piyush and his team exemplify the very finest in hospitality, and we shall treasure these memories for years to come.
Camp was busy on the day we came as a public holiday.
The hotel didn't give us directions thou I asked three time (email, call, whatsapp). Pin location on hotels.com lead 40 km away from the camp.
When we arrive we were surprised by the lack of covi 19 measures. No temperature was taken and little sanitizer available. At dinner there we many guests and no sanitizer.
Breakfast was better and the room was nice but service from the staff was lacking. When I mentioned lack of covid measures they weren't interested, found it strange and said the hotel is too busy to take temperatures. This is now standard practice in all public places across Oman its concerning 1000 nights is not aware.

Great experience. Go here. Get the escort for the desert if you have not driven on sand before. Star gazing was great, good food and music. Clean rooms very friendly staff overall excellent experience
Very nice, good food and atmosphere. Easy to reach with a 4x4. Been twice and would go again. All tents are upgraded to ones with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.
